The heartbreaking video footage of an elderly grandma crying after the debtor teased her not to pay the debt circulates online.
Debt is an obligation that requires one party, the debtor, to pay money or other agreed-upon value to another party, the creditor. Debt is a deferred payment, or series of payments, which differentiates it from an immediate purchase.
However, there are some individuals who refused to pay the money they have borrowed. Some of them also pay but it take too long before they can pay it, which causes stress to the creditor.
The Facebook page “Tic Tac Toe” has shared the video footage of an elderly grandma crying after the debtor teased her not to pay his debt. The video breaks the hearts of the social media users.
In the video, it can be seen that the poor grandma is asking her debtors to pay their debt while holding a notebook containing the list of debtors. However, one debtor teased her and joked of refusing to pay.
The woman who was filming the incident urged the guy to pay his debt because the elderly woman spent money to pay the fare. Eventually, the man paid all his debt after the helpless grandma bursts into tears.
The video has a caption of:
“Kawawa naman c nanay…naniningil siya ng mga may utang sa kanya..pag utang, utang dapat bayaran. Naiyak pa c nanay kasi wala man lang daw siyang masisingil”
