Janet Cosme sought the help of “Raffy Tulfo in Action,” disclosing that she is leaving her husband due to issues between them and the foul odor emanating from his mouth.
Janet said that aside from money issues, she is leaving her husband because of his poor hygiene, particularly his bad breath.
Husband Left by Wife Due to Bad Breath?
Bad breath is said to be one of the reasons why a wife left her husband.
BAD BREATH? – A husband was allegedly left by his wife due to a foul odor emanating from his mouth.
In an episode of “Raffy Tulfo in Action” aired on April 24, Janet Cosme sought help regarding her disputes with her husband over money and expressed her desire not to return to him due to his abusive behavior and bad breath.
Janet and her husband, Roger Cosme, originally met on Facebook, and their family was very supportive of their union. They were married on November 25 but separated by January 24. Janet decided to leave Roger, accusing him of physical abuse. She stated, “Nagdesisyon na po akong makipaghiwalay sa kaniya kasi nananakit po siya. Binugbog niya po ako.” When Raffy Tulfo asked if there were other reasons for her decision besides the abuse, Janet mentioned Roger’s lack of hygiene and foul language, describing him as unclean, prone to swearing, and overall toxic to be around.
She further elaborated on his poor personal hygiene habits, explaining that he seldom bathed properly, often neglecting to use soap or shampoo, and did not maintain his dental hygiene despite her suggestions. She humorously recalled telling him, “Bakit hindi mo siya bigyan ng toothbrush para mag-toothbrush siya napakadali lang no’n,” to which she responded that regardless of her efforts, he wouldn’t heed her advice. Janet also distressingly noted that Roger would sometimes force intimate relations without having bathed.
However, Roger denied these accusations, asserting that he always brushes his teeth and never abused Janet, claiming, “Hindi po totoo ‘yan. Lagi naman po akong nagto-toothbrush,” he said. “Kahit minsan po hindi ko po ‘yan sinaktan. Mali po ‘yung mga pinagsasabi niyan.”
The core issue that led to Janet’s complaint, however, revolved around a financial dispute between the couple. Meanwhile, bad breath, also known medically as halitosis, is a common condition where a foul odor emanates from the mouth. It is often embarrassing and can be distressing for those affected.
