Lacson will run for president in the coming elections together with his runningmate, Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III. They will go against the tandem of; former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte, Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.

Recently, the nine presidential candidates faced off in the second presidential debate organized by the Commission on Election (Comelec). BBM was absent anew.

Lacson stressed that a vote would be “sayang” if the candidate chosen is a “theft.”

“Palagi naming naririnig – sayang daw ang boto sa mas kwalipikado dahil baka hindi lang manalo. Ang totoong sayang na boto ay para sa hindi karapat-dapat manalo at sa mga magnanakaw na dapat walang karapatang maluklok sa pwesto,” he said.

In his closing statement at the Comelec Presidential Debate, Lacson said that despite the influence of ‘money politics’ in the campaign, he said the Filipinos still deserve to be fought.

The veteran senator added that he loves the Philippines and is ready to the country against foreign occupiers and those in power who exploit our unfortunate countrymen.

  1. I will vote for you Senator Lacson you may or msy not emerge as the winner but for me you have the qualifications of a true leader . It is such a pity people look for what has been and not what will be.
