Carlo Aquino is single again
Kapamilya actor Carlo Aquino finally spoke about his breakup with Trina Candaza but they are still communicating with each other.
Carlo and Trina met in 2018. In January of 2019, their relationship became official. Then, they were blessed with a daughter named Enola Mithi. In January of this year, rumors surfaced that Carlo and Trina’s relationship was on the rocks. It was because of the meaningful posts that Trina shared on her social media account.
It was later on reported that Trina has already moved to a new home, just her and her baby with Carlo. Then, Trina hinted at the co-parenting set up that she has with the father of her daughter. In a recent interview for his new movie, the actor has finally confirmed that he and Trina Candaza are no longer together.
“Nag-separate na kami this year lang,” Carlo Aquino said, based on the article in The Philippine Star. However, they are still talking with each other regarding their daughter. “Nag-uusap kami, every once in a while nahihiram ko si Mithi pero syempre, dahil nga pandemic pa rin, yung safety muna pagka may trabaho ako, nag-aantay ako ng ilang days,” he said.
Meanwhile, last year, Carlo shared that his daughter received death threats. The actor shared a screenshot of the messages that he got from an obviously fake account saying mean words against Mithi.
Carlo Aquino answered this calmly. “Full grown adults who makes fake accounts to do this. Ano na ang nangyari sa mundong ito. Papano kayo pinalaki ng mga magulang ninyo? Magkano sinasahod niyo para gawin ito? Worth it ba?” he said.
