Ben&Ben’s Paolo Guico Flashes Abs In Mirror Selfie
PAOLO GUICO – Ben&Ben’s Paolo Guico flashed his abs in a mirror selfie. He also embraced his stretch marks after achieving his target weight.
Paolo Guico is the lead vocalist of the folk-pop/pop-rock band Ben&Ben. In Nov. 2019, he opened up about embracing a healthier lifestyle for a better mental state and the weight loss just followed.
The musician also surrendered this journey of his to his God. He started this commitment before the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
In a post on her Instagram account last March 9, Paolo Guico shared his fitness progress by posting a mirror selfie showing off his toned body and abs. He also uploaded a photo of him from way back.
The musician embraced his stretch marks after finally hitting his goal weight after years of hard work and sacrifice. He also thanked those who stood by him at his “lowest moments.”
“These pictures represent years of hard work and sacrifice. Today, I just wanted to celebrate this growth with all of you,” he wrote in the caption. “I hit my goal weight this week, finally.”
“In this picture, I also celebrate my stretch marks. Cause they’re awesome. I also celebrate my past self, because he’s awesome too,” he added.

Paolo Guico also shared some pieces of advice for those who are on their “path of growth.” He urged them not to do it for others but for themselves and the people they love.
“If you are on a path of growth, do it out of love for yourself and do it for the people you love. Never do it just to please others, because it will never be enough. You are enough,” he wrote.
Their band is currently in Dubai for a show at Expo Dubai. They were supposed to perform for the event last January but had to move the schedule due to COVID cases “within the band.”
