Here’s the reaction of Isko Moreno on “coward” tag of his campaign manager against Bongbong Marcos
ISKO MORENO – The presidential candidate and Manila Mayor reacted to the “coward” tag of his campaign manager against former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Moreno will run for the highest government position alongside his running mate Doc Willie Ong.
They will go against the tandem of; Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.
It was on February 8 when the campaign for national-elected positions kicked off. The candidates for president, vice-president, and senator have been busy campaigning across the country.
Previously, Lito Banayo- the campaign manager of Moreno said that Bongbong Marcos or BBM is a “coward” for refusing to attend debates and interviews.
“It is a show of cowardice on the part of Marcos Jr. Kung hindi mo kayang harapin ang katotohnan, ang mga issue na pro o laban sa iyo, anong klase kang kandidato?” he said.
Meanwhile, Isko Moreno, the standard-bearer of Aksyon Demokratiko has issued a statement following the “coward” tag of his campaign manager against BBM.
According to him, Banayo, his campaign manager and chief strategist, is ” is entitled to his opinion.”
He cited that Banayo’s opinion might be different from him.
The camp of BBM has yet to issue any statement regarding the remarks of Isko’s campaign manager.
