Actress Vivian Velez fully supported the candidacy of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.
VIVIAN VELEZ — The actress recently shared that she fully supported the candidacy of Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.
On her Facebook account, the actress personally encouraged Mayor Isko’s supporters to join the proclamation rally to be held at the “Kartilya ng Katipunan” in Manila.
Vivian also said that Mayor Isko and Mayor Sara were a tandem because they have almost the same goals.
“Isinusulong ng grupo ng mga Muslim leaders sa bansa ang tandem nina Manila Mayor Isko Moreno at Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte para sa 2022 national elections. Ayon sa grupo, ang naturang pagsasama nina Mayor Isko at Inday Sara ay ang pinakamagandang tandem para sa 2022 national elections,” Vivian said in the caption on her Facebook post.
Vivian was known as a solid supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte and also one of Vice President Leni Robredo’s critics.

Mayor Sara is the running mate of presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. To recall, Mayor Sara reaffirmed her loyalty to Bongbong amidst calls to partner with Mayor Isko.
Mayor Sara said last month that she will not team up with Mayor Isko in the 2022 elections, adding that she’s loyal to her “UniTeam” with Bongbong.
“Mahalaga po sa akin ang paninindigan at isang salita. Alam ko po na pareho ang ating mga adhikain para sa ating bansa,” Mayor Sara said at that time. “At para magtagumpay tayo, dapat ay iisa lang ang daang ating tinatahak. Kung kaya patuloy akong umaasa ng suporta ninyo sa UniTeam.”
