Jerry Grácio to Toni Gonzaga: “She should resign out of delicadeza”

JERRY GRÁCIO – The Kapamilya party-list nominee said actress and television host Toni Gonzaga should resign after showing her support to the people allegedly “behind” the shutdown of ABS-CBN.

It was just recently when the tandem of former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte held a proclamation rally.

It took place at the Philippine Arena, Ciudad de Victoria, Santa Maria in Bulacan.

The campaign kick-off was hosted by Toni Gonzaga.

Apparently, the actress-host continues to earn negative criticism for her support to BBM and Sara Duterte.

Among those who criticized her is no less than, Jerry Grácio- the Kapamilya party-list nominee.

Grácio believes that Toni should resign from the Kapamilya Network.

In a tweet, he said that the actress should leave ABS-CBN because of supporting the people behind the shutdown of Kapamilya Network where the actress works for decades.

He added that it would be better for Toni to just move to Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI) owned by Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.

Toni does not seem to be affected despite being canceled by other netizens for showing support for the Uniteam of Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte.

She’s also unbothered for trending on Twitter wherein she earned over 80,000 tweets.

Some netizens couldn’t help but express their dismay at Toni.

But there are some who defended her saying she should not be criticized because of her political beliefs.

“Toni Gonzaga is different from other celebrities because she only talks about the people she supports and does not badmouth the others she doesn’t,” said @BakerStrLondon.
