MANNY PACQUIAO – The senator and presidential aspirant turned emotional during his one-on-one interview with Boy Abunda.

Pacquiao is gearing up for the highest position in the government this coming May 9, 2022 election.

Together with his runningmate Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza, they will go against the tandem of; Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.

Earlier, Manny Pacquiao and the top presidentiables faced Kapamilya host Boy Abunda for a tell-all interview.

At one point, Pacquiao could not help but burst into tears as he talked about the poverty that Filipinos are experiencing.

In the said interview, Manny Pacquiao also laid out his plan for the country’s economy in case he’s elected by the Filipinos as the next president.

He reiterated his commitment to fighting corruption that is allegedly making the country even more miserable.

Aside from economy and corruption, Pacquiao also shared his insights about relevant issues affecting the nation including the country’s sovereignty, mining industry, overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and to name a few.

Meanwhile, the campaign period for national positions will kick off this coming February 8 while the campaign period for local candidates will start on March 25.

The upcoming election is scheduled for May 9, 2022 (national and local level).
