WHAMOS CRUZ – The social media influencer is supporting the presidential bid of Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson.

Lacson will run for the highest position in the government in the coming polls.

He will go against presidential aspirants such as; Vice President Leni Robredo, former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and senators Manny Pacquiao and Bato dela Rosa.

A lot of personalities, celebrities, and even politicians have expressed their support to Ping Lacson, and among those is vlogger Whamos Cruz.

The social media influencer was featured in the jingle of Lacson courtesy of his political party, Partido Reporma.

The jingle was flooded with mixed reactions from the netizens.

“Catchy Jingle, goodvibes lang tamang lapag lang ng facts at platform, samantalang yung mga katunggali ayon nagsisiraan. Hanga talaga ako sa kababaang loob mo Sen.Ping, sana wag ka magbago hanggang sa maging Pangulo ka na,” a netizen wrote.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time Lacson run for the presidency.

It was in 2004 when he run for president but lost to former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Before he became a senator, he was the chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP)

On the other hand, Whamos is a social media influencer who is popular on Facebook and YouTube. He has over 10 million followers on the video-sharing platform, TikTok.

Before Whamos Cruz made a name for himself on social media, he first gained the attention of many when he joined the Idol Philippines in 2019.

Eventually, he landed as one of the most followed internet celebrities thanks to his funny and hilarious vlogs.

Previously, he made a buzz online following the controversies surrounding his relationship with his girlfriend, Antonette Gail Del Rosario.
