Sara Duterte believed that the political experience of Bongbong Marcos will lead him to the Presidency.
SARA DUTERTE — The vice-presidential aspirant believed that the political experience of presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr will lead him to the Presidency in the 2022 elections.
Mayor Sara made the statement after joining the standard-bearer of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) in attending the “caravan for peace, unity, and progress” held in Carmen and Tagum City in Davao del Norte last November 21.
The simultaneous “BBM-Sara Uniteam” parade organized by their supporters was held in more than 15 provinces and 30 cities in the Philippines.
Mayor Sara was asked why she chose Bongbong as her running mate for the 2022 elections.

According to her, she confidently believed that Bongbong’s political experience will help him do his job as the President of the country.
“I confidently believe na ‘yung mga karanasan niya bilang governor, congressman at senador ‘yan ang tutulong sa kanya para magawa niya ang trabaho sa pagkapangulo ng Pilipinas,” Mayor Sara said in Bisaya.
Mayor Sara formally became the running mate of Bongbong Marcos after the former lawmaker announced in a statement released to media last November 16 that they have sealed a partnership for the 2022 election.
The incumbent Davao City mayor has also forged a partnership with Lakas – Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD) which also endorsed her as the party’s official vice-presidential candidate last November 13.
She also re-assumed her position as the chairperson of Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP). According to her, she’s happy to be home and back into the fold of HNP as its chairperson.
