Recently, the boxing icon-politician announced that he will be running for president in the 2022 elections under PDP-Laban Party.

Many were shocked by his announcement that he will vie for the highest position in the country.

Among those who reacted to his presidential bid is Melissa Enriquez, the sister of RR.

On Instagram Stories, she posted an art card of the boxer-politician accompanied by her statement.

She wrote: “Boxing Champ Manny Pacquaio might be a good man, but we all know he is not fit to become the President of the Republic of the Philippines. #BestPrankEver #LaughtripToPromise.”

But RR Enriquez, a former TV host, disagreed with the stance of her sister.

In a lengthy caption on her Instagram post, she divulged the reasons why Manny should be given a chance.

She also noted how the senator could easily sympathize with the Filipino people. But she’s hoping that if ever Manny Pacquiao wins the president, there will be people who are more experts in the field to guide him.

Meanwhile, since RR started to comment on issues in the country particularly about showbiz and as such, she has been tagged as SawsaweRRa Queen.

She has been reacting to controversies involving celebrities such as Paolo Contis, Gerald Anderson, and Mark Herras.

The latest controversy to which she reacted is the viral interview of Toni Gonzaga with former senator Bongbong Marcos.

At one point, she defended Marcos, whose father is late President Ferdinand Marcos, and said to be a dictator.
