Grandfather of Ryzza Mae Dizon passes away
RYZZA MAE DIZON – The actress-host is mourning the death of her beloved grandfather.
Earlier, she went to the image-sharing site, Instagram, wherein she posted a black and white photo of them.
Her post is accompanied by the caption: “I love you so much, Lolo. Rest in paradise.”
Aside from that, she also shared some of their fond memories via IG stories.
Her post was then flooded with messages of sympathy from netizens.
Among those who sent condolences in the comment section is no less than her fellow Eat Bulaga host Ryan Agoncillo.
Meanwhile, Ryzza Mae Dizon started her showbiz career after winning the Little Miss Philippines in 2012.
She then ventured into acting via the 2012 Metro Manila Film Festival entry film Si Agimat, si Enteng Kabisote at si Ako.
In 2013, she co-starred in Vampire Ang Daddy Ko, which was marked as her first major sitcom role.
At the time, it was announced by Vic Sotto that she will have her own talk show entitled The Ryzza Mae Show.
On Christmas Day of 2013, she appeared alongside James “Bimby” Aquino-Yap, Kris Aquino and Vic Sotto in My Little Bossings
In spite of criticism directed at the plot and its use of product placement, the film was a financial success at the 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival, earning first place at the box office.
In 2015, Ryzza Mae Dizon played the lead role in the comedy-drama series Princess In The Palace produced by TAPE, Inc. together with Aiza Seguerra, Eula Valdez and to name a few.
She currently appears in the sitcom Daddy’s Gurl alongside Maine Mendoza and Vic Sotto.
