A dolphin has been spotted in Samar river

Several residents of Barangay Sta. Elena in Sta., Rita, Samar were shocked to see a dolphin swimming across a river there.

Recently, a certain Carlo Bernal Capacite took to social media wherein he posted the sighting of the dolphin.

In the video, people couldn’t help but be in awe every time the dolphin show some of its body parts.

While some are expressing their amazement at the mammal, others are worried about the safety of the animal.

A netizen even said: “Sana maibalik sa kung saan mn yan galing..kawawa po.”

As of posting, the video has earned numerous reactions and comments from the netizens.

Some are even mentioning the GMA Network show, Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho with the hope to feature it in the upcoming episode of the said program.

According to Oxford Languages, a dolphin is a “small gregarious toothed whale that typically has a beaklike snout and a curved fin on the back. Dolphins have become well known for their sociable nature and high intelligence.”
