DJ Mo Twister and Angelicopter are now married
DJ Mo Twister and his longtime partner Angelicopter tied the knot in Iceland on Tuesday, June 15, 2021.
The former Magic 89.9 disk-jockey whose real name is Mohan Gumatay announced his nuptials with Angelika Schmeing via an Instagram post.
On IG, DJ Mo Twister posted a photo of them taken at Skaftafell in Vatnojökull National Park with the famous Svartivos falls in their background.
According to DJ Mo, he and Angelicopter have been planning their Iceland trip for a long time, but they did not expect the summertime snowstorm to hit their wedding day.
Despite the snowstorm, DJ Mo and Angelicopter pursued their exchange of vows.
But finding the perfect spot for their wedding became a challenge.
In a separate Instagram Stories by DJ Mo, he showed the video where the mountain they are climbing can be seen surrounded by ice.
Before reaching Svartivos falls, there is a 1.5 kilometers hiking trip from the visitor center up to the popular tourist destination.
DJ Mo and Angelicopter are based in New York.
They have been in a relationship for eight years when DJ Mo proposed to Angelicopter in May 2020.
