Netizen to Janine Gutierrez: “Paulit ulit na lang yang ganyang system sa Pinas, until now hindi mo pa din alam?”
JANINE GUTIERREZ – The newest Kapamilya star reacted to a netizen calling her “tamad, tanga” over the MECQ announcement.
It was just recently when the government placed NCR Plus Bubble under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).
But prior to that, the region and other areas were placed in enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) due to a record-breaking surge in COVID-19 cases.
Janine Gutierrez was among those who reacted to the reimposition of MECQ.
In a Twitter post, she wrote: “ano nga ulit yung MECQ? can’t find the infographics anymore – does anyone have one?”
A netizen resonded: “Paulit ulit na lang yang ganyang system sa Pinas, until now hindi mo pa din alam? Or at least magbasa ka from the official news of the government, kesa nag tatanong ka, na ang dating tamad ka i update ang sarili mo.”
Janine, on the other hand, said that she was referring to the government’s late notice on what community quarantine status will be implemented.
She said: “ay hindi pa po talaga sila nag-aannounce. bukas pa daw. wait mo rin.”
The netizen replied: “Ay Hindi ko kailangan mag wait kasi wala naman ako sa Pinas. Ikaw na lang mag wait.”
Janine Gutierrez calmly responded with a smiling face emoji, “good for you.”
Other commenters defended Janine and noted that the government had not really made an exact announcement regarding the community quarantine status in Metro Manila.
