Dionne Monsanto: “Now, no more pain, Ate.”

DIONNE MONSANTO – The former actress took to social media as she mourns the death of her older sister who died on Tuesday, April 6.

Her “ate Binky” passed away at the age of 47 due to kidney failure.

In an Instagram post, she said: “My sister Binky passed on yesterday. She was diabetic, and passed on due to kidney failure. She was 47 years old.”

Dionne Monsanto continued: “She was a mother, a daughter, a sister and a friend. She and I bickered so much, like all siblings do, but she defended and protected me if someone ever did me wrong. She was kind, yet fierce.”

Dionne Monsanto added: “Now, no more pain, Ate. Now, only peace.”

Her post was then flooded with condolences and among those who expressed their sympathy were Kitkat, Sue Ramirez and to name a few.

Meanwhile, the 35-year-old former actress is currently in Switzerland. She previously married businessman Ryan Stalder.

Before she announced retiring in showbiz after 18 years, she was a part of ABS-CBN reality show Pinoy Big Brother and also ventured into acting.
