Mystica shows support for policeman Jonel Nuezca
Mystica is currently making rounds online following her statement defending controversial cop Jonel Nuezca who killed a mother and son in Tarlac.
On Sunday, December 20, an inhuman incident took place in Paniqui, Tarlac at the hands of Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca who shot dead Sonya and Frank Gregorio in their residence.
This was after their scuffle that started when Frank and others were playing, “Boga”- an improvised cannon made of PVC pipe or tin cans.

Jonel Nuezca went to their residence to confront Frank and it prompted a commotion.
The incident later escalated which resulted in the death of Sonya and Frank Gregorio after being shot in the head twice.
Meanwhile, the tragedy caused turmoil on the internet after a video of the crime was posted online.
Netizens including some of the well-known celebrities then reacted condemning the killing of Gregorios.
While many blamed the controversial cop, comedian Mystica seemed to be supporting the policeman.
“Hindi na baleng ako’y makulong, ayaw ko lang na mapahiya at mawalan ng dignidad yung trabaho ko bilang pulis na nagmi-maintain ng peace and order. So, pamamagitan ng ginawa niya kung yun na lang ang way para matahimik-mapatahimik tong mag-lola, then he did his thing,” she said.
