Kim delos Santos rose to fame as a former Viva artist and was part of GMA-7’s ’90 youth-oriented drama series T.G.I.S. alongside Dingdong Dantes, Sunshine Dizon, Polo Ravales, and her ex-husband Dino Guevarra.
But in 2004, she decided to migrate to America after her divorce from her former husband.
When she arrived in America, she did not study immediately but in 2007, she enrolled in a nursing school.
Kim delos Santos chose to become a nurse which has been her dream since she was young.
At present, she works as a dialysis nurse at a clinic in Houston, Texas.
During her early years in the medical field, she revealed that she experienced rude treatement and descrimination from other patients.
But such experience motivated her to work even harder.
In 2017, she returned to the Philippines.
It was also the time when she and her ex-Filipino fiancé with whom she has been in a relationship for almost ten years got separated.
Meanwhile, Kim delos Santos planned to return to the Philippines by 2020. Unfortunately, she did not succeed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
One of the reasons why she wanted to visit the country is her supposed consultation with celebrity doctor Dra. Vicki Belo.
