Lawyer of Claudine Barretto Speaks on Charges Filed by Actress Against Raymart Santiago
CLAUDINE BARRETTO – The actress reportedly filed charges against her ex-husband, actor Raymart Santiago.
Among the celebrity couples who officially tied the knot not just once but twice are Claudine Barretto and Raymart Santiago. They had a wedding in May 2004 and another wedding in March 2006.
The marriage of Claudine and Raymart was blessed with two kids – Sabina and Santino. However, the couple’s relationship led to separation in 2013. After their separation, the actress adopted two more children – Quia and Noah.

Both Sabina and Santino are living with the actress. Meanwhile, photos of them together with Raymart cross the social media from time to time. They went on an abroad trip with their father.
However, recently, a report stating that Claudine Barretto filed charges against Raymart Santiago crossed the surface. Based on a report on Pep, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio said that, allegedly, the actor is not complying to what was agreed on with regards to the child support.
Atty. Topacio said that Raymart and Claudine have agreed that the actor will give Php 100,000.00 as a support to their children every month. However, allegedly, the actor is not anymore giving financial support for his kids.
Based on the report, Claudine Barretto and Raymart Santiago may possibly cross paths at the Prosecutor’s Office in Marikina City on December 10.
Aside from Raymart allegedly not giving child support, the actress filed a complaint over the alleged violation of the Republic Act No. 9262 which protects women and children.
