Google Meet Limit

Earlier this year, Google announced that the company would make Google Meet — Google’s video conferencing tool — free to those who has a Google account, and that’s not changing anytime soon.

In a report on 9to5Google, Google Meet would limit all free meetings to 60 minutes starting on September 30, 2020, pending any changes.

Google’s move didn’t really come as a surprise as it was already mentioned in its announcement about free Meet calls way back in April.

As per the report, users can simply create another meeting and join the said meeting with the same participants after a meeting reached 60 minutes.

According to Google, the company didn’t have anything to communicate with regards to changes to the promo and advanced features expiring.

Aside from this, Google gave an update to its G Suite users saying that the Trash Items in the Google Drive would be automatically deleted after 30 days starting October 13.
