US Coronavirus Cases Now the Highest Across the Globe

US CORONAVIRUS CASES – The total number of COVID-19 cases in the United States surpassed the records in Italy and China.

The pandemic 2019 novel coronavirus or COVID-19 was first recorded in China, in the city of Wuhan in Hubei province. In the country, it infected over 81,000 people and took more than 3,000 lives.

China is currently recovering from the impacts of the coronavirus outbreak. Now, the country that is greatly suffering from an outbreak is Italy.

Despite being under a total lockdown, Italy’s coronavirus cases continued to increase and as well as deaths. Over 80,000 people were infected by COVID-19 in the Italian nation and the death toll has surpassed 8,000.

Today, the world woke up with a huge increase on the US coronavirus cases. The American country surpassed the records in Italy and China and is now the nation with the most number of confirmed cases of COVID-19.

Based on a tally in Worldometer, there are more than 15,000 US coronavirus cases recently recorded bringing the total to 83,672. It surpassed the records in China, 81,285, and Italy, 80,589.

In US, over 1,200 people died of COVID-19. The country is currently under a national emergency as declared by President Donald Trump. A huge budget was freed for its healthcare system to fight the outbreak.
