MOIRA DELA TORRE – The OPM singer took to social media wherein she mourned the death of her friend whom she had known for over 12 years.

Moira is considered one of the most influential and popular singers in the country.

Her career began when she worked as a voice artist working on corporate jingles and themed songs, including McDonald, Surf and more.

She later joined The Voice of the Philippines but unfortunately, she was eliminated.

In 2016, Moira’s career boomed when she sang Malaya, the theme song of the movie Camp Sawi.

Among the popular singles of Moira is Tagpuan, Titibo-tibo, Ikaw at Ako and to name a few.

Meanwhile, Moira is mourning the death of her friend whom she had known for over 12 years.

On Instagram, the singer posted a video of her singing a song alongside her late friend, Joe Henson.

In the video, the two can be seen singing the song Terrified by Katharine McPhee featuring Zachary Levi.

Before she ended her post, she expressed her love and gratitude to her friend.

Her post was then flooded with messages from netizens expressing their sympathy and condolences.

In her IG stories, the OPM singer shared a screenshot of her old conversation with Joe. In their convo, the latter expressed how proud he was of Moira’s success.

“So, so proud of you Moira 🙂 I know the road wasn’t and isn’t easy. But you’re influencing — no joke — a generation and more. Just continue being you,” he said.
