Raging Man Caught on Camera While Insulting Checkpoint Personnel
The video footage of a raging man insulting checkpoint personnel saying “Wala ako sa North Korea, milyonaryo ako” goes viral after it was posted online.
The Philippine government together with police authorities and health workers are implementing stricter rules and regulations in compliance with the enhanced community quarantine.
President Rodrigo Duterte imposes the enhanced community quarantine to prevent the rapid spread of the coronavirus disease in the country. The new lockdown protocols require residents to undergo checkpoints.
The checkpoints and quarantine areas were placed to prevent people with possible coronavirus infection to enter a certain area to prevent infecting other people. The public is required to obey quarantine standards.
Recently, a Facebook user named Cu Well has shared the video footage of a raging man cursing and insulting the crews assigned at the checkpoint. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the man is cursing and insulting the checkpoint personnel including the President. The guy is also claiming that he is a millionaire and keep on criticizing the authorities.

However, in another photo, it can be seen that the guy identified as Jose Romulo Buenaventura has been arrested.
