Ji Chang Wook is positive for coronavirus
JI CHANG WOOK – The South Korean superstar tested positive for the dreaded coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19.
COVID-19 is characterized by flu-like symptoms such as fever, difficulty in breathing, cough, and other respiratory problems but a patient may also be positive for the disease even without showing any signs.
Among the safety protocols that everyone must observe are the following; social/physical distancing, wearing masks especially in public places, and using disinfectant from time to time if possible.
Meanwhile, a source from Glorious Entertainment- the actor’s agency confirmed he tested positive for COVID-19.
“Ji Chang Wook has tested positive for COVID-19. In accordance with health authority guidelines, he is in quarantine and receiving treatment,” a report from Soompi said.
Ji Chang Wook has been busy filming his upcoming Netflix series “The Sound of Magic.”
It also stars Hwang In Yeop and Choi Sung Eun.
Due to his infection, the production of the said project was halted as all staff and cast members are being tested.
Ji Chang Wook rose to fame after starring in the hit K-dramas such as “Suspicious Partner,” “Lovestruck in the City,” “Healer,” “7 First Kisses,” and to name a few.
