Netizens were mixed reactions to the teaser video of GMA’s upcoming live-action remake of the Japanese anime series “Voltes V: Legacy.”
Recently, the Kapuso Network released on social media the teaser video of highly anticipated series.
It earned mixed reactions from the netizens particularly on YouTube.
A netizen said: “Wag sana araw araw para may mahabang time yung mga vfx artist grabe LUPET NITO GMA.”
“Sana, 1 or 2 eps per week. Para hindi ma compromise yung story and editing. Kudos to GMA!!!” another one noted.
Some netizens described the trailer of Voltes V: Legacy as epic and breathtaking while others are skeptical.
Voltes V is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation and Nippon Sunrise.
It is the second installment of the Robot Romance Trilogy, which also includes Chōdenji Robo Combattler V and Tōshō Daimos.
Despite moderate success in Japan, the series was extremely popular in the Philippines, Cuba and Indonesia.
Meanwhile, the upcoming 2020 Filipino live-action television series adaptation, titled Voltes V: Legacy, is currently in pre-production under GMA Network directed by Mark A. Reyes.
