Meet the Cast of Voltes V Legacy
The cast of the live-action remake of “Voltes V” that can be watched on Kapuso Network (GMA-7) have been previewed.
Earlier, director Mark Reyes took to the image-sharing site, Instagram, wherein he shared a teaser photo of the cast members of “Voltes V Legacy.”
“Steve, Big Bert, Mark and Jamie had their measurements taken for their V5 flight suits today,” said the director accompanied by #productionbeginssoon.
In the photo, one man is seen wearing a face mask.
In another part of the photo collage, only feet are shown by the other cast member.
There is also a woman in the teaser photo who possibly plays the role of Jamie.
Voltes V is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation and Nippon Sunrise.
It is the second installment of the Robot Romance Trilogy, which also includes Chōdenji Robo Combattler V and Tōshō Daimos.
Despite moderate success in Japan, the series was extremely popular in the Philippines, Cuba and Indonesia.
Meanwhile, the upcoming 2020 Filipino live-action television series adaptation, titled Voltes V: Legacy, is currently in pre-production under GMA Network directed by Mark A. Reyes.
