Smart Communications To Bring Park Seo Joon To The Philippines Soon
Smart Communications had recently revealed that it would bring South Korean actor Park Seo-joon to the Philippines once the travel restrictions eased up.
This, after Smart Communications had introduced him as its newest endorser to launch its GIGA K-Video prepaid data pack in partnership with Viu.
Smart president and CEO Alfred Panlilo said during a virtual press conference that they had been getting messages wanting Park Seo-joon, Son Ye-jin, and Hyun Bin to join any event, adding that they planned to bring them in as it was all part of their contract.
Panlilo also said that it’s really just the timing as they can’t commit yet on when to bring Park Seo-joon to the country due to travel restrictions, but they would try their very best to make it happen.
Park Seo-joon was the latest celebrity endorser to join Smart’s growing roster of South Korean celebrity endorsers after Crash Landing On You stars Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin.
In a statement, Park Seo-joon said that Koreans and Filipinos uphold common values especially in terms of love for their friends family, adding that he thought this was one of the reasons South Korean dramas resonated well with a lot of Filipino viewers.
