A service crew from KFC SM City Bacolod branch drew flak online for allegedly yelling/shouting at customers lining up for their order.
On Facebook, a certain Ivy Cordova narrated the incident involving her, her boyfriend, and the KFC service crews.
According to her, she and her boyfriend lined up to select meals at the menu while observing a few distances from each other (for social distancing) when a service crew (cashier) yelled at her and told her: “Excuse me! Pwede lang kamo ka bulagay anay?”
The cashier apparently turned his back against them without saying “please or thank you.
Ivy Cordova shared that they have seen another crew laughing at them and then she later told her boyfriend to look for vacant seats.
She decided to take the order by herself but she lined up where the orders are being retrieved.
When she’s about to transfer to another line, another cashier allegedly shouted at her and told her “excuse me!? indi ka da mag pila, diba ma order ka paman lang? diri ka ho.”
The KFC service crew even raised his tone while asking the customer about her side dish.
Ivy Cordova stressed that she lost her “comfortability” and appetite at the time.
The incident prompted her to be on social media wherein she expressed her sentiments about the KFC service crew.
In the last part of her Facebook post she noted,”I always believe no matter how old or young you are or whatever your status in life is, everyone should be respected!”
