The requirements for those who were interested to apply are stated in the said post.
Apparently, what caught the attention of netizens is the “NO TATTOO” requirement for grillman and cook.

But some netizens find the requirement “discriminatory.”
Among those who reacted to the said job posting is no less than social media personality, Senyora.
“Ok lang kayo Baliwag Lechon? Baka lagnat lang yan,” Senyora commented.
A netizen told PIO-Baguio to filter the “discriminatory job vacancy posts” since tattoos are all “part of Cordilleran culture.”

Eventually, the job posting was deleted.
Although it has been deleted, the Lechon manok brand continues to earn criticism. This prompted their management to release an official statement.
