Photo of Sarah Lahbati’s Parents in Front of DOJ Elicits Reactions
ESTHER LAHBATI – Netizens were intrigued by a shared photo of Sarah Lahbati’s mother on her social media account, showing her and her husband in front of the Department of Justice building.
In the caption, Esther expressed her excitement about finally posting the photo, mentioning that despite being in the Philippines, she had only just managed to take a picture at the DOJ. “#Finally na post ko na rin itong picture na to taga rito ako sa Philippines ngayon lang ako naka pag pa picture dito sa DOJ.🇵🇭,” said Esther in the caption.
The post garnered various reactions from netizens, with some expressing support for Esther and Sarah, while others made humorous comments about potential legal issues or gossip involving Esther’s visit to the DOJ.

It’s worth noting that Sarah previously confirmed in an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN showbiz reporter MJ Felipe that she and Richard Gutierrez had separated. Even before this confirmation, Sarah had already stated that she and Richard were no longer in communication.
Rumors about Sarah and Richard’s separation started in the latter part of 2023 after netizens noticed Sarah’s absence from the birthday bash of her mother-in-law, Annabelle Rama. Since the speculations began, Sarah has been spending time with her children and parents. It’s also noticeable that she underwent a haircut, got a tattoo, joined a dance class with Kyline Alcantara, and even moved to a new home. Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez got engaged in 2017 and tied the knot in a civil ceremony in 2020. They have two children together, Zion and Kai.
As of press time, Richard Gutierrez has yet to react to the confirmation of his estranged wife about their separation.
