  • 1 lb. spaghetti paste / noodles
  • 8 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 lb. sweet-style tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups diced or thinly sliced hot dogs
  • 1/2 cup minced carrots and red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 7 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning mix
  • grated cheese for topping

The other important part of the Filipino spaghetti recipe is the cooking process. It may take a total of around one (1) hour and 15 minutes. Here are the steps on how to cook a Pinoy-style spaghetti:

Cook the noodles based on the directions set in the package. It is best to follow the package directions as different noodles may have different cooking duration.
