Cristine Reyes Raves About Love for Boyfriend Marco Gumabao
CRISTINE REYES – Celebrity mom Cristine Reyes shared something about her hunk boyfriend Marco Gumabao.
Actress and celebrity mom Cristine Reyes recently appeared on Kapamilya broadcaster Karen Davila’s vlog, where they delved into topics such as Reyes’s past, career, and romantic life. When Davila inquired about her relationship with actor Marco Gumabao, Reyes described it as “unexpected.”
“Unang-una ‘yun nga sinabi ko and alam naman ito ng mundo na mas gusto ko sana non-showbiz na, but you know, it’s unexpected,” Cristine shared.
Cristine Reyes also expressed her contentment with Gumabao and his family, describing them as “very nice people.”
“Having him and his family and knowing everybody like his cousins also, they’re very nice people,” she said.
The 35-year-old actress also shared how Gumabao reintroduced her to the church, acknowledging past grievances with God due to her involvement with church people. She expressed gratitude for Gumabao’s influence in this aspect of her life.
“He brought me back to church kasi nagtampo ako kay Lord e kasi ‘yung past ko, church people rin sila. So parang feeling ko nagtampo ako do’n kay Lord na… ginagawa ko naman na nag-obey naman ako pero bakit ganito ‘yung nangyari. So when Marco came, he brought me back to church and I’m thankful,” she said.

Moved by Cristine Reyes’s story, Karen Davila asked about the possibility of marriage with Gumabao. Reyes deferred, stating , “Tsaka na lang natin pag-usapan. Masyado pa kasing maaga.” She noted that they have been together for a year.
Davila also questioned Reyes about their decision to keep their relationship private. Cristine responded, “For me, it’s already out here so what’s the point ‘di ba. Or siguro let’s just say na my personality talaga, mas gusto ko quiet lang.”
