LIE REPOSPOSA – A photo of the former Pinoy Big Brother housemate together with her foreign boyfriend has earned mixed reactions from netizens.
Lie started in showbiz after joining the It’s Showtime singing competition, “Tawag ng Tanghalan.” Apparently, she did not win the contest, but she was lucky to be given a chance to audition at PBB Otso until she entered the reality show.
It was in 2019 when Lie entered the famous “Bahay ni Kuya” through PBB Otso, where she finished as the sixth placer. In the same year, she released a single titled “Sana Sana”. Aside from that, she also joined Your Face Sounds Familiar Season 3 in 2021, wherein she was dubbed “Pinoy Big Belter.”
In December 2022, Lie Reposposa revealed on social media that she has a boyfriend, a 19-year-old British guy named Paul. The two were rumored to be engaged.
Recently, Lie took to social media to post a photo with her boyfriend as they welcomed the new year. In the caption, she noted: “This 2024 amin tong taon na ito #Paulielangmalakas.” In the photo, Lie and her boyfriend were seen holding each other’s hands. As expected, the post generated mixed reactions from netizens.
One netizen commented: “Ah ganun. Pwes AKIN ANG APRIL. Birthday ko un buong month.” Another user wrote: “Luh?! Inangkin? Tinanong mo ba ang 2024 kung Gusto niya?!”
Meanwhile, Lie Reposposa caused a stir online in August 2023 due to an alleged video of her kissing a foreigner at a bar in Poblacion, Makati. The woman in the video was said to be Lie, however, it was not confirmed due to the unclear footage, while the man is believed to be a foreigner but not her boyfriend. To address the issue, Lie and her boyfriend Paul Joshua Marsden posted a photo showing that they are still together.
