KC Concepcion will celebrate Christmas with her father for the first time, according to Sharon Cuneta.
SHARON CUNETA – The Megastar recently shared that her daughter, KC Concepcion, will celebrate Christmas with her father, Gabby Concepcion, for the first time.
She said this when she was asked about her holiday plans during the media conference for her upcoming movie with Alden Richards entitled “Family of Two (A Mother and Son Story)” at Novotel Manila.
The actress also shared that one of her holiday plans for this year is to have a noche buena with her immediate family.
According to Sharon, Gabby and KC never spent Christmas together and it will be the first Christmas that KC will be spending with Gabby.
Although the veteran actress admitted that Christmas is going to be different for her and it’s “a little sad”, the Megastar said that she’s happy for KC and Gabby because “they do it for the lost time”.
“Simple lang ako mag-Pasko. Simple lang kami lagi. Sa noche buena, kami lang. Just my immediate family. But it will be the first Christmas that KC will be spending with her father. They never spent Christmas together,” she said. “It’s going to be different for me. It’s a little sad. But I’m also happy for them because they do it for the lost time.”
Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion tied the knot last September 23, 1984 and KC is their only daughter.
They broke up in 1987 and their marriage was annulled in 1993. The Megastar got married to former Senator Francis ‘Kiko’ Pangilinan in 1996 and they have three children, while Gabby got married to Genevieve Gonzales in 2004.
It was last October when the former couple reunited for a successful reunion concert entitled “Dear Heart”. And for the first time, Sharon Cuneta, Gabby Concepcion, and their daughter KC Concepcion reunited on stage.
