Sharon Cuneta to Gabby Concepcion: “Thank you, Gabby, for these shows and making our fans so happy!”
SHARON CUNETA – Following their “Dear Heart” reunion concerts, the Megastar shared a message for her former partner, Gabby Concepcion.
The veteran actress-singer took to Instagram to thank their fans for the never-ending support after their show in Cebu. She also posted a series of photos with Gabby on her social media account.
In the caption, she said that she and her former partner thanked those who came to their “Dear Heart” reunion concerts.
Sharon also said that she and Gabby are still so overwhelmed and are so grateful that 42 years after their first movie together, their fans have never stopped loving and supporting them in their projects together and apart.
The Megastar went on to express her gratitude to the actor for the experience and for making their fans happy.
“Thank you, Gabby, for these shows and making our fans so happy!” Sharon said in the caption of her social media post.
Sharon and Gabby got married in 1984, have a daughter named KC Concepcion, and were legally separated in 1987. It was in 1993 when their marriage was annulled.
The former on- and off-screen partner first starred in the feature film “Dear Heart” in 1981 and became a top pairing at that time. Their “Dear Heart” reunion concert delighted their fans as it’s rare for the former couple to share the stage together.
To recall, Sharon and Gabby had a successful sold-out “Dear Heart” reunion concert at the SM Mall of Asia Arena last October 27, had a VIP night held at the Okada Manila last October 30, and brought the “Dear Heart” show at the NUSTAR Convention Center in Cebu last November 17.
