Maricel Soriano asks Kim Chiu: “Kumusta daw ang love life mo?”
KIM CHIU – The Kapamilya actress gave an update to those inquiring about the real status of her relationship with her boyfriend Xian Lim amid rumors that they have parted ways.
Kim is featured in the latest YouTube vlog of Maricel Soriano, uploaded on December 16, 2023, where Maricel playfully takes on the role of a nanny to the Kapamilya TV host-actress while they are on It’s Showtime. At one point, Maricel took the opportunity to ask Kim about her love life.
The award-winning actress asked Kim, “Ang dami-daming nagbubulungan. Kumusta daw ang love life mo? Hindi naman ako makasagot kasi hindi naman ako ikaw.” It can be inferred that Maricel is referring to the current state of Kim and Xian’s relationship.
Kim was surprised, prompting her to ask, “Sino naman ang nagtatanong sa yo?” The Diamond Star replied, “Mga fans mo, ‘Day, nagtatanong sila kung kumusta na raw ang love life mo.”
Before responding, Kim laughed and said: “Ang love life ko ngayon ay ano… Ang love life ko ay naka-hang ngayon.” Maricel teased her, “Parang telepono, ‘Day, naka-hang?” Kim agreed, “Oo.” After answering, Kim seemed to avoid further discussion on the topic and suddenly invited Maricel to have a meal.
Meanwhile, for weeks now, the real status of Kim and Xian’s relationship has been a topic of discussion. It started when their fans noticed that they are not often seen together, and both have remained silent on the issue.
Speculations heightened when Xian completely deleted all their vlogs on YouTube, including videos with his long-time girlfriend, Kim, on December 12. The two have created numerous vlogs together since they became a couple twelve years ago. As of press time, the couple has yet to issue a confirmation if it’s over between them.
