Your password consists of 8-16 characters, with a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. Don’t share your password with anyone as it is used to login your account on the mobile banking app.
But what if you forgot your password to your account?
You need to follow the steps below so you can update your password to your account.
The first step is to open the app and tap “Forgot?” on your login page. You need to enter your registered mobile number on the page and then click “Next”
Next, you need to enter your Secure PIN if you have completed the onboarding process and enter the one-time PIN sent to your registered mobile number. After that, you need to tap “Cannot Retrieve?” if you want to receive your one-time password through email.
The next step is to set your new password and then tap “Next”. Once done, you will receive a notification that your password has been successfully updated and then you will be redirected to the Log In page in order to continue the login process.
If you want to update your password, here’s what you can do:
First, you need to log in to the app, go to “Me” page, select“Account Security”, and tap “Update Login Password”. After that, you need to create your new password and then tap “Submit”.
You will receive a confirmation that your password has been successfully updated once done.
