Matteo Guidicelli: “Just with the family maybe in Cebu, just with everybody”
MATTEO GUIDICELLI – The “Penduko” actor recently shared his plans for Christmas with his family this year.
The actor is set to star in the upcoming movie titled “Penduko” – one of the movie entries for this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival. With this, his family’s Christmas celebration will be different this year.
In a media interview at the office of Viva Entertainment in Pasig City, the actor said that there’s no concrete plans for Christmas yet, but he said he will be with his family in Cebu this year.
The actor also said that he and his family will have a “theater tour” and will also go to cinemas to watch movies there.
“Wala pang concrete plans [for Christmas], pero just with the family maybe in Cebu, just with everybody,” he said. “Sabi namin, ‘This December 25, sinehan muna tayong lahat, ha.’ Um-okay naman silang lahat. Mag-theater tour tayo.”
Matteo also shared that he’s excited for the MMFF Float parade, saying that he used to only watching the parade on TV and seeing it in pictures before. Because his film is one of the official MMFF entries this year, the actor said “kasama na talaga ako sa parade at makatapon na rin ako ng T-shirt.”
In the same interview, the actor said that he and his wife Sarah Geronimo have been talking about starting their own family for a long time. He shared that his wife and his family are his priority, adding that one can’t plan too hard because it’s God that gives those blessings.
Aside from this, Matteo also said that he’s “reading ready” to play the most important roles in his family — to become a father.
