MAEGAN AGUILAR – The daughter of the legendary singer Freddie Aguilar couldn’t contain her joy after finally reconciling with her father.
Maegan took to the social media platform Instagram to express her happiness as she reunited with her dad and two kids. On IG, she posted a photo of herself seated next to her dad. In another post, she can be seen embracing her children.
“Sa wakas nayakap ko na ulit ang tatay ko. I love you tay, salamat po sa pag tanggap ninyo sa amin at sa akin I missed you so much tay & looking forward to spending more quality time with you and the kids and the rest of our family. May God bless us always,” she noted. “Finally with my daughters again! After being away from each other for a while…God is truly good all the time. In Jesus name. Amen,” she wrote.
Freddie Aguilar, on the other hand, took to the social networking site Facebook, where he posted photos of himself having dinner with Maegan and his grandchildren Layla Sky, Mahi Vae, and Anaya.
It’s worth noting that Maegan sought help from Raffy Tulfo in Action, asking for assistance due to her hyperthyroidism and expressing her grievances toward her father for not helping her. However, Senator Raffy Tulfo withdrew additional assistance after Maegan tested positive for drug use. Tulfo mentioned that he had already given Maegan an initial amount of P20,000 before the drug test results were known.
Meanwhile, Maegan Aguilar is the second of five children of Freddie Aguilar and the first to follow in their father’s footsteps in the field of music. Ka Freddie, or Ferdinand Pascual Aguilar in real life, is a renowned Filipino folk musician known for his songs “Bayan Ko” and “Anak.” He began performing in public in 1973 when he secured a job at the Hobbit House in Ermita, Manila.
