MAXENE MAGALONA – The actress and content creator honored her late father, OPM rapper Francis “Kiko” Magalona, on what would have been his 59th birthday.

It can be recalled that OPM rapper Francis “Kiko” Magalona died in 2009 due to leukemia. His hit songs include “Mga Kababayan”, “Ito ang Gusto Ko”, and “Bagsakan” with Chito Miranda and Gloc-9.

The actress and content creator posted a black-and-white video of herself on her Instagram account where she can be seen vibing to her father’s top hit, “3 Stars & A Sun”.

In the caption of her social media post, Maxene greeted “the goat” on his birthday and said “I am my father’s daughter.

The actress and content creator also told supporters that if they want to give Francis M a gift on his birthday, they should play her father’s songs and let their children listen to his sacred messages.

It was last year when she released a stripped-down version of Francis M’s classic “Kaleidoscope World”. At that time, she said she wanted to highlight the powerful and timeless message of the song.

The actress and content creator also dedicated her healing journey to her dad.

To recall, Francis M appeared as a hologram at the Eraserheads reunion concert last 2022. He performed his verse in the opening number “Superproxy” alongside his sons Arkin and Elmo Magalona.
