MADAM KILAY – The social media personality couldn’t help but express her disappointment following the absence of the people she had invited to be godparents for her child, Little Lakas.
On Facebook, the vlogger, whose real name is Jinky Anderson, vented her frustration about their failure to attend the christening, especially since she had anticipated their presence. What added to her disappointment was the fact that most of the individuals she had invited were prominent figures within the world of social media. These were individuals who, due to their online fame, held a significant presence and influence in the digital space.
“Ngayon mag message kayo sakin ng kaplastikan nyo! Yung ibang mga inimbitahan ko na maging ninang at ninong ni Little Lakas na mga kilala sa social media, EKIS KAYO!” said Jinky.
She emphasized that there wouldn’t have been an issue if these individuals had declined the invitation from the beginning. She would have understood their reasons. However, what troubled her most was the false assurances she received about their attendance a month before the event, where they had given their word that they wouldn’t miss it.
Madam Kilay explained that she had sought confirmation from them the day before the baptism, but they chose to ignore her. She felt they could have simply messaged her to express their unwillingness to attend. Jinky speculated that their reluctance to communicate may have been due to their high-profile status in the world of social media.
Meanwhile, Madam Kilay, also known as Jinky Cubillan Anderson, is an internet celebrity who gained fame with her “Kilay is Life” trend. Before that, she worked as a bartender. Eventually, she met an American soldier named Paul Anderson. Paul was attracted to her “rare” beauty and singing skills. To make a long story short, they fell in love with each other and tied the knot.
