Kris Bernal: “It’s a dream come true to watch Luka’s game in person”
KRIS BERNAL – The actress shared that it’s a “dream come true” to watch NBA star Luka Doncic’s basketball game in person.
The actress shared a series of posts on Instagram Stories where she and her husband Perry Choi can be seen watching the 2023 FIBA World Cup quarterfinal match at the SM Mall of Asia in Manila on Wednesday.
Kris Bernal and her husband decided to go to the venue because they want to watch Luka’s game in person. In her Instagram Stories post, she shared that she and her husband were off to MOA Arena for FIBA World Cup.
The actress brought a Dallas Mavericks jersey, as seen in her second post on Instagram Stories. She shared that she’s excited to see Luka play face to face, adding that she’s “happy but worried and anxious” that they left their daughter at home.
“Excited to see @lukadoncic play face to face! Happy but worried and anxious leaving @haileelucca at home,” she said. “Hindi ako mapakali.”
In the next series of posts, the actress focused the camera to Luka Doncic while he’s playing basketball.
She went on to express her gratitude to her husband and said that she appreciated him getting them tickets in one of the best seats, as seen in her Instagram Stories post where she can be seen wearing a Dallas Mavericks jersey.
“I appreciate you getting us tickets in one of the best seats, love @choi.perry,” the actress said.
Kris ended her post by sharing that it’s a “dream come true” and it’s “so surreal” to watch Luka’s game in person.
Canada will face Serbia in the Semi Finals matchup in the Mall of Asia Arena after winning in the Quarter Finals matchup with Slovenia. Meanwhile, Slovenia moves to Classification Games 5-8.
The actress has yet to give an update if she and her husband were able to sign the merch to Luka Doncic – including the Dallas Mavericks City Edition 22/23 Nike NBA Swingman jersey with Luka Doncic’s jersey number that her husband bought.
