RICCI RIVERO – An interview with the basketball player through “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” in which he denied having a relationship with Leren Mae Bautista resurfaced.
The ex-boyfriend of Andrea Brillantes and the beauty queen-turned-councilor have become the subject of online attention after some internet users posted a picture of them while looking at plushie stuffed toys in a mall store. The image, shared by a fan account on X (formerly Twitter) under the username @slayramonaaaa, shows the young man wearing a face mask, cap, and glasses, with the councilor standing next to him. Various other individuals also shared pictures of Ricci and Leren taken from different viewpoints.
This occurrence has piqued the curiosity of the public, leading to speculation about the nature of their relationship, particularly given the recent separation of the young man from actress Andrea Brillantes, which is widely known.
Apart from their mall encounter, they were also observed jogging together at the Freedom Park of the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Despite both wearing face masks, it’s clear from a photo provided by PEP.ph that Ricci is the man and Leren is the woman, particularly in a picture where her mask is off.
Amid their sightings, an interview with the basketball player through “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where he denied having a relationship with Leren Mae Bautista resurfaced on social media. Some people commented in the said interview with a photo of them.
During the interview, Boy Abunda, also popularly known as Tito Boy, asked him at one point: “Mayroon ka bang relasyon kay Councilor Leren Bautista?” To which he replied: “Wala po.”
