Here’s the response of Ellen Adarna to netizen’s complaints about the entrance fee at ‘Temple of Leah’

ELLEN ADARNA – The actress has responded to a netizen’s complaint about the expensive entrance fee for the ‘Temple of Leah.’

This popular tourist destination was built by Ellen’s grandfather, Teodorico Soriano Adarna, as a tribute to her grandmother, Leah Albino-Adarna. During an Instagram Q&A session, the netizen questioned the high entrance fee and expressed concerns about the difficulties faced by the guides.

In her response, Ellen provided a brief history of the temple and its original purpose. She explained that the temple was not initially intended to be a tourist spot but rather served as a storage space for her grandmother’s belongings.

However, due to its picturesque location and the beauty of the structure itself, it began attracting visitors. Consequently, Ellen’s family decided to turn it into a business since many people started visiting the place.

“But then since the view is nice and I guess of the structure, people started going. So the family decided to make it a business na lang because maraming taong pumupunta dun na di naman sana yun tourist spot,” the actress stated. The family incurred significant expenses in expanding the place, which justified the increase in entrance fees. Ellen emphasized the financial burden involved, saying, “So ganun yun ngayon, expand na lang, pero malaki din ang gastos, kung alam mo lang.”
