Vlogger Jean Cacho Answers Accusations of Customer Over Catering Service Complaint

The catering service of Jean Acho has issued a statement over the complaint of a customer

JEAN CACHO – The food vlogger has responded to the accusations made by one of her customers, who claimed that she provided subpar food at an event held on June 3, 2023.

In a Facebook post, Cacho, the owner of Caches Catering Services, presented her side of the story, addressing the allegations made by her customer, Le A Lyn. Cacho expressed regret that Lyn was unsatisfied with the service and apologized to her. However, she refuted some of the claims made by Lyn regarding the event.

The vlogger denied serving Spaghetti and Macaroni at the event, stating that those dishes were brought by the customer themselves. Cacho also mentioned that some guests merely visited the venue to eat and abruptly left, causing confusion for her and her team when it came to keeping track of the number of attendees.

Apart from disputing false allegations, Cacho revealed that the customer lost the money intended for payment on the day of the event. Due to the complaint filed by Lyn, Cacho decided not to charge her dissatisfied customer any further.

Cacho also denied Lyn’s claim that her crew members ate before serving the customers. She clarified that it is not the practice of her staff to eat before attending to the guests. According to Cacho, while her crew was having their meal, they repeatedly invited the customer and their companions to join them, and it was only then that they decided to eat. Additionally, alcohol was offered to them. Cacho stated that if the staff had known that such a situation would arise, they wouldn’t have eaten.

Jean Cacho further asserted that some of the photos posted by Lyn were misleading and not representative of the actual situation. She claimed that some of the pictures were taken during or after the event had concluded.
