TVJ SHOW ON TV5 – The title of the new show of Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon also known as TVJ which will air on TV5 circulated on social media.
The highly anticipated new show featuring TVJ on TV5 has generated a lot of excitement as it has the potential to challenge the long-standing dominance of Eat Bulaga in the noontime ratings. Notably, the iconic trio, along with other members of the Dabarkads, made headlines when they resigned from Television and Production Exponents Inc. (TAPE Inc.) due to various issues, including unpaid talent fees and the planned downsizing of production staff.
Subsequently, TVJ made the announcement of their move to TV5 and Brightlight Productions, where they would create their new show after parting ways with GMA Network. According to reliable sources, the working title for TVJ’s new show is ‘This is Eat,’ although there are reports suggesting that TVJ might revert to the name Eat Bulaga if they secure the rights to the branding of the long-running noontime program.
It is expected that Pauleen Luna, Paolo Ballesteros, Jose Manalo, Maine Mendoza, Ryzza Mae Dizon, Wally Bayola, Ryan Agoncillo, and Allan K will join TVJ on the new show, as they made the decision to leave TAPE Inc. alongside the trio. In the meantime, the current occupant of TV5’s noontime slot, It’s Showtime, may undergo a timeslot change or potentially exit the network in order to maintain its regular schedule.
Executives from TAPE Inc. have also expressed their intention to tune in and watch TVJ’s new show.
