Parents of Ricci Rivero Reveal Being Told “Ang anak ninyo cheater” While at the Mall
RICCI RIVERO – The parents of the actor-basketball player revealed that they were told “Ang anak ninyo cheater” while they were at the mall.
The second part of Ricci Rivero’s interview with Boy Abunda on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda was not aired due to technical difficulties. However, it was announced that the full interview would be aired the following day.
Ricci’s parents, Paolo and Abigail, were present with him during the interview, along with Mark Salamat, the manager of Virtual Playground, the talent management agency that handles the career of the 25-year-old actor-basketball player. Ricci’s parents provided him with moral and emotional support throughout the interview.
The family, unaccustomed to intrigue and controversy, has been saddened and hurt by the events, particularly due to their close relationship with Andrea. Paolo and Abigail considered Andrea as their own daughter, given that they have seven sons.
During Boy’s interview, Ricci’s mother became emotional and shed tears. Ricci’s parents confirmed that they were approached by someone at a mall who called their son a cheater. The criticism is not limited to Ricci and has affected his younger siblings and other relatives, who have also become victims of cyberbullying.
Abigail was deeply moved when Ricci apologized to them for being dragged into the cheating allegations. The entire family has been subjected to hurtful comments from sympathizers of Andrea who are unaware of the true story behind the breakup.
As of press time, Andrea Brillantes has yet to issue any statement regarding Ricci Rivero’s interview.
