Ryza Cenon: “Yey!!! Malapit lapit na!!”
RYZA CENON – The actress gave an update about her dream family home 6 months since it started construction.
It was last November 2022 when she and her partner Miguel Antonio Cruz broke ground for their dream family home. Minimalist Architects PH has described Ryza’s future home as a “modern Asian home” with “a fantastic view of the city and sunset to cap the day”.
Ryza recently posted a series of photos where she gave an update about the progress of the ongoing construction of her dream family home.
In the caption of her post, she said that the construction of her new house is in near completion.
“Yey!!! Malapit lapit na!! Time na mag hanap ng gamit sa bahay,” Ryza said in the caption of her social media post.

Fellow celebrities gave their reaction in the comments section of her post – including actress Janice de Belen, who told her to only buy things that are important in her house and not to rush in looking for something.
To recall, it was last June 2022 when the Kapamilya actress first teased about the future home of her family as she posted a photo of themselves with a residential lot in the background.
Ryza previously talked about the possibility of settling down with her partner especially now that they have a child together. The couple welcomed their son Night back in October 2020.
“Napag-usapan naman po kasi siya naman po willing naman po siya. Ako lang po ’yong hindi pa gano’n ka-ready,” Ryza said at the time. “Kasi sinabi ko sa kanya na mas priority muna namin ’yong baby kasi any age naman p’wede naman magpakasal, e. So, ’yon po ’yong napag-usapan po namin.”
