Here’s the comment of Rowena Guanzon on the seating arrangement of President Bongbong Marcos during the coronation of King Charles III

ROWENA GUANZON – The P3PWD party-list Representative expressed her opinion regarding the seating arrangement of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. during the coronation of King Charles III.

On May 6, Guanzon reacted to Marcos being placed in the back row among the foreign politicians invited to witness the coronation ceremony in the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth countries. She took the opportunity to make a jab at Marcos regarding his alleged lack of a diploma from Princeton University.

Guanzon remarked, “Back row pala si BBM sa coronation ni King Charles. Second row sana kung may diploma sa Princeton.” This comment refers to the controversy surrounding Marcos’ educational background, with some critics claiming that he did not complete his degree at Princeton in New Jersey, USA.

Nagmamataas pa to sa sarili na professor daw siya. Bakit napaka toxic into?” Similarly, netizen Ville commented, “Jusko ikaw nga never makakaupo doon. Kawawang insecure na lola! Epitome ka ng utak talangka!”

In response to the backlash, netizen James pointed out, “Coronation po ni King Charles yun. Hindi po classroom pinag uusapan.”

The post sparked a heated exchange on social media, with differing opinions on Guanzon’s comment and the appropriateness of discussing academic qualifications in the context of a royal event.
